The sitting room has a natural open fire which burns wood, coal and peat; two large sofas; telescope and binoculars to enjoy the sea views; sliding patio doors which open onto the grounds; Freesat television with DVD player and a selection of books and board games for you to enjoy.
The dining room is open plan with the kitchen and has a large table with six pine wood chairs. There are additional folding chairs for dining parties larger than six.
The kitchen is fully modernised and includes an electric double oven with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, low-fat grilling machine, bread maker, toaster and steamer.
There is a separate utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The grounds cover 0.7 hectares. Surrounding the cottage there are lawn areas, while elsewhere the grounds are natural hillside. Outside the cottage there is a barbecue and two picnic tables, an outdoor wood and charcoal burner ("chiminea"), a smoker for fish and meat (by request) and washing line and pegs. Dog tether,dog bowls and dog crate can also be provided on request.
The main bathroom in the house has a bath and separate shower.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite with shower. It has view to the hills.
In addition to the master bedroom, there is one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms.
Currently we let three properties, and one static caravan:
Sandwoodway, at Blairmore, a recently renovated 19th Century former croft house, with two ensuite bedrooms, and a double sofa bed in the sitting room;
Inchardview, at Rhiconich
- A 2 bedroom semi-detached house in an isolated position overlooking Loch Inchard;
Clashview, at Kinlochbervie
- A 5 bedroom modern bungalow overlooking Loch Clash, sleeps up to 11;
and
- The static caravan, which sleeps up to 6, is located within Clashview's grounds, secluded from the main cottage.
